The Mission - Protect, Empower and Educate Maryland Suburbs of DC Buyers and Sellers!
From the foundation of my Maryland Suburban real estate career which began in the late 1990’s, I have held firm that my first priorities in this business is to protect my clients from legal peril, look out for their best financial interest and help educate every client. That mission is even more important today in light of the current economy.
Every MD Suburbs Real Estate Transaction is Unique!
Now you might be tempted to say, “Why try to educate a sophisticated buyer or seller who has bought and sold many properties in the MD Suburbs of DC?” My response would be this - like no two Silver Spring properties are ever alike, neither are any two MD Suburban real estate transactions. They are all very different - hence my reasons for educating each and every client I assist. Everyday the real estate transaction in Prince George’s and Montgomery County becomes even more complex. Just a few years ago the offer to purchase was only 20 pages long. Today our offer to purchase is over 40 plus pages long. All the more reason to select the right experienced, knowledgeable MD suburbs real estate agent.
Helping You Achieve Your Maryland Suburbs of DC Home Buying and Selling Goals
Because the Montgomery County and MD Suburbs real estate transaction has become so complex helping people realize their dreams of home ownership or with assisting them in the sale of their Bethesda, MD home takes on a whole new level of importance. It requires a combination of experience and continuing education to be a true MD suburban real estate professional. Here are few services you should expect from your MD Suburbs Realtor (among the many I offer):
- Consulting - You should expect your Silver Spring real estate agent to take time with you and really listen to your needs and aspirations. Be prepared to explain what you want? And how do we get there. It involves talking about your financial needs, home pricing strategies, location, lifestyle needs, neighborhoods, architecture…and much, much more.
- Negotiating - Once you’ve decided on a property, you should expect your real estate agent to honor their “fiduciary” relationship with you and be a tough negotiator on your behalf. As your Montgomery County real estate agent, I will negotiate on your behalf for the absolute best price, terms and conditions for your transaction. That also means knowing when to “hold ”em and when to fold ”em”.
- Overseeing the details - Believe it or not, there are hundreds of minute details involved in the process from knowing the 40 plus pages of the sales contract and addenda to mortgage financing, appraisals, inspections, title work and much more. Managing those details should never be placed in the hands of an inexperienced agent.
The Passionate Results YOU DESERVE!
Staying on top of the ever changing landscape of Maryland Suburban real estate is no longer an option.
Because you deserve the finest Maryland Suburbs home buying and selling representation, here are even more characteristics you should expect from your MD Suburbs real estate agent:
- Dedicated to continuing real estate education to stay at the forefront of the MD area real estate market.
- Be trained specialist - i.e. Certified Residential Specialist (I obtained this designation in 2002). Only 4% of Realtors nationwide have this designation and only 3% in Maryland have the Certified Residential Specialists designation (CRS)
- Served in a leadership role as the 2007 President of the MD/DC Chapter of the Council of Residential Specialists.
