Today, I thought I would just go around the area and show some graphs of the median prices of homes in the Maryland Suburbs of Washington, DC. In fact, these graphs will update, automatically, over time. So it really won’t matter when you view them. They’ll be current.
The purple line is for single family (detached) homes. The blue line takes all homes into account (condos, co-ops, townhouses, single family homes). But, I guess you already figured that out.

I really like these stats from RBI and how they will continue to update every month. For your readers looking at this post in six months, it will be fresh, current data.
Corey Hart, stat guru at RBI, and I had lunch at the Vienna Inn last week to talk about their products. By far, the ability to include this in your blog is just amazing.
