Here is a short video put together by Real Estate Business Intelligence (an MRIS company) that shows some trends from April 2011.  Yeah.  I know it’s June.  Unfortunately, the group that puts this together needs a little time to put the data together and put it out.

Since this video, we have had some disappointing jobs numbers as well as housing numbers and there are even whispers of a “double dip” recession.  My point is that this video is a tad optimistic and you should listen closely to all the qualifiers about why houses are selling at the prices they are selling for…..
