Just like the single family homes, these home prices are still moving in a downward direction even though the charts also show that inventory is decreasing (i.e., fewer homes are coming on the market to replace the homes that have been sold). Days on Market is still increasing which means - just like the single family homes - that the short sale process is slowing things down and prices have not reached a level that is attractive enough to home buyers.
