Hey, Rob

It always amazes me how many people out there still think that we're just there to open doors or drive them around.

Ken, amen to this:

"You see, I’m not into the tour guide thing. I’m not interested in “just looking around”. I know that sometimes it takes a lot longer than people think. There’s lots of good reasons to lay the ground work for making a home purchase far in advance of the actual purchase. I am happy to help guide anyone through the process from beginning to end whether it takes a few months or many months. The respect needs to go in both directions."

I often have first meeting at homes, however, only after a lot of email/phone correspondences and normally, I pick the home based on the info I have thus far. Also, this firs meeting is only long enough to see one home. Or two if they are in the same hood.

Then, they have to sign my Exclusive Buyers Brokerage Agreement, or we are no longer engaged.

Sone get away because of this, but the looky-lo's are not worth it!
