It’s bad enough when it’s nasty and rainy and the sun isn’t shining.  Like it’s been in the MD Suburbs for the last four days and with no end in sight. There is nothing worse than showing homes in the rain and nothing worse than having home that can be shown.  The mud and wetness and general all around sloppiness makes it a real chore.  However, when you combine that with a nasty cold that just won’t seem to go away, it’s a real pain in the patootie (technical real estate term).

Sure.  I could “call in sick” like lots of people who have “regular” jobs. Just put everything on hold until I feel better.

But, my clients expect to be able to reach me and expect me to be able to perform my job regardless.  So I hang in there. But, I’m here to tell you, it ain’t any fun.
