We've been writing about the tax credit for quite some time, encouraging people to take advantage. If they use us for their mortgage, great. If not, it's still an awesome perk to buying a house this year. When I read your post about just how little time buyers have left, I knew it was something we needed to share with our readers/clients too! Breaking it down so simply by calculating the days left really drives home the importance of getting into gear if you want to buy a home this year. We even did a <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ACEjg6sRiE" rel="nofollow">YouTube video</a> a few weeks back that explains the tax credit, how it works and how to take advantage. Your blog is full of great, useful content for buyers and sellers - no question about that. Whether or not the government renews the tax credit is yet to be seen. If they do, fantastic.
