After two and a half days of almost non-stop workshops and meetings, it is time to head back home.  No more time on the beach.  Although, to be honest, I never really got time to hang out on the beach.  Luckily my hotel room had an ocean view so I could actually see the beach and I went out on the sand once for about 5 minutes to take some photos to prove I was there but that was about it.

One of the high points of the trip, though, was being able to catch up with someone I met in 2008 at the Jack Canfield Breakthrough to Success program.  Dave Mandelson lives in Salisbury (about 30 miles west of Ocean City) and happened to be staying Ocean City working with a band that had a few gigs during Bike Week.  We had a great dinner at the Rice House Bistro in West Ocean City.  I know most people don’t think Chinese food when they’re in Ocean City but, if you are ever down there and want some Chinese food, the Rice House Bistro is the place to go.

Now, it’s time to pack up and head back home.

I’ll stop by to see my friend, CarolSue Crimmins at Carefree Real Estate and then make one last stop at Fisher’s Popcorn for some of their fantastic caramel popcorn hot from the kettle. After that, it’s Route 50, here I come.
