You have a point.  I don&#039;t think the homes will be demolished, though.  Eventually the banks will need to accept a price low enough to sell them to people who will fix them up to either live in, rent or re-sell.

		<description>Unfortunately, we have discussed that houses do not continually increase in value.  People used to buy a home and live a lifetime in it.  Now, we think we have to move every 3-5 years, make a lot of money on the house and buy a house 3-5 times larger than we need.  This makes us look wealthy and better than the next guy.  Well, lots of people got burned on this theory and there will be a lot of fine, foreclosed on homes eventually demolished because there are no idiots left to buy them.</description>
